Dr. Kelly Waggoner
Meditation Facilitator, Clinical Psychologist, Reiki Practitioner
Dr. Kelly Waggoner lives in Palos Verdes and grew up in the South Bay of Los Angeles.
She is a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with adults walking the paths of healing, growth, and deep transformation. She has served as a supervisor and mentor to a number of new and developing therapists in the South Bay.
Kelly weaves psychology, mindfulness and spirituality to create an individualized approach to healing and wellness. She began her meditation practice over a decade ago and it transformed both her personal life and approach to her psychotherapy practice.
Even though Kelly trained with some of the best and brightest minds in the worlds of psychology and spirituality, the natural world has been Kelly’s greatest teacher.

Farnaz N. Reneker
Vibrational Healing Facilitator, Architect, Sound Practitioner
Farnaz lives in Hermosa Beach and is originally from the East Coast.
As a vibrational healing facilitator, Farnaz merges the natural laws of sound, color, geometry, and form to create an environment where the client’s body wisdom and higher self work with the quantum field to induce balance, harmony, and homeostasis.
Farnaz’s spiritual journey began at a young age and has since evolved into a deep study and practice of metaphysics. She is committed to the expansion of consciousness through sharing ancient wisdom and creating experiences that entrain others to remember who they are as authentic human beings and souls.

Gwen Gaydos

Gwen lives in Redondo Beach and has spent much of her life on the East Coast.
Gwen started her career in Western Medicine over 20 years ago and over time organically shifted into more holistic healing practices for body, mind, and spirit. She is passionate about helping others to connect deeply with their intuition, subconscious mind, and the wisdom of their bodies, in order to release physical and emotional trauma and blocks, reprogram their subconscious, and connect deeply with their hearts' desires.

Christina Powers

Christina is born and raised in the South Bay.
She began her yoga journey 30 yrs ago and became a 200Hr yoga teacher in 2004 and receives ongoing mentorship with Shiva Rea, her spiritual and yoga guru.
Christina is an orthopedic physical therapist with over 18 years experience working with all ages.
She currently works in her own private practice integrating physical therapy, movement meditation, and self development coaching (as a Heroic Performance Coach).

Kate Yurenda
Qi Gong & Meditation Instructor, Reiki Practitioner
Kate lives in Hermosa Beach and is originally from New York.
On her healing journey, Kate found Qi Gong, which changed her life exponentially. She experienced Qi Gong as one of our greatest solutions to heal, unite and harmonize our world.
Kate studied under Master Lee Holden and is in the lineage of Master Mantak Chia.
Kate’s style of facilitating is unique as she incorporates Quantum Physics, Law of Attraction, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming in a practical, laid-back and joyful way.

Jazzlyn Hammett

Jazzlyn lives in Manhattan Beach and was born and raised Los Angeles. Outside of living in LA, she has lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
As Jazzlyn was building a career in the mental health field, she was introduced to yoga as a means to slow down and find balance. In her yoga practice, she found a safe space to live a more authentic and joyful life – inspiring her to help others do the same.
Jazzlyn is passionate in the values yoga encompasses and hopeful her classes will help others find balance, cultivate peace, feel empowered and strong, yet soft and playful.

Andi Ball Harris

Andi lives in Hermosa Beach and is originally from New Jersey; she also lived in Germany for several years.
Andi’s yoga practice began over two decades ago and she recently completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification.
Through her personal journey, Andi found meditation, yoga, and EFT (tapping) to be a holistic formula for self-healing. She is now passionate in sharing this approach with the community, both in groups and private sessions.
With her big laugh and warm personality, Andi welcomes and encourages all levels of practitioners.

Matt Magana

Matt lives in Redondo Beach and is originally from San Bernardino, California.
He is a certified breathwork facilitator, Usui Reiki and advanced energy healing practitioner, spiritual life coach – as well as pursing a certification in past life regression.
Matt has served on the Board of Directors for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in the greater Los Angeles and Central Coast areas for 7+ years.
His passion is to help others, through the practice of breathwork, to release old traumas, fear-based patterns, and limiting beliefs to open to more fulfillment and peace.

Ashley Smaldino
Yoga & Meditation Instructor, Reiki Practitioner
Ashley was born and raised and currently living in Manhattan Beach.
She is a 500-hour RYT specializing in trauma-informed yoga and is on track to complete her yoga therapy certification in 2024. She is also an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Usui Reiki Level 3 practitioner (for animals and humans alike).
Ashley enjoys teaching yin, restorative, hatha, gentle and chair yoga. Her top priority is creating a welcoming space for all to experience the benefits of deepening the connection with our bodies and with ourselves.

Jeri Reeder
Yoga Instructor
Jeri lives in Hermosa Beach and is from Carlsbad, California – growing up with the original Encinitas Ashtanga yogi family.
Jeri’s mother, Share, was one of the original American yoga students to travel to India and study with K. Pattabhi Jois, who they fondly called Guruji. Jeri followed in her mother’s footsteps when she was 15 and has been practicing yoga ever since.
The word yoga means union, so for Jeri, the practice is about coming together as a collective to release all the issue in our tissues. “As above so below, as within so without, as the universe so the soul.”
Jeri’s special spark as a teacher is her connection with her students.

Megan Eaton
Yoga Instructor
Megan lives in Redondo Beach and is originally from Indiana and New York.
Over a decade ago, Megan attended her first yoga class with her mother, hoping it would help with chronic back pain from an old injury. This quickly turned into a weekly mother-daughter bonding time.
After moving to New York, yoga became a daily practice and the studio a sanctuary. Alone, in a crowded city, Megan’s mat was where she found herself and shortly after, she completed her first teacher training at Yoga to the People, followed by advanced training with Three Sisters and numerous others (Katonah, Strala, Restorative, Kids). Megan’s craving for knowledge continued to expand as she studied massage therapy and Ayurveda, both sciences she weaves into her yoga practice.

Tessa Hayward

Tessa lives in Manhattan Beach and has lived in Florida, Boston, New York, and Sydney.
Tessa was exposed to yoga as a pre-teen as a part of her early training in ballet. She studied and performed various forms of dance and theatre, primarily Balanchine style ballet. From age three until her mid-twenties, she learned to incorporate restorative movement into her daily life. When she fully phased out of the performing arts, she naturally leaned into the development of her yoga, pilates and meditation practices as avenues of spiritual practice and physical self-care.
Yoga has always been a sacred space for Tessa – a safe haven where she has always found solace and consistency regardless of studio, teacher, or style.

Kiki Wiley

Kiki lives in Redondo Beach and was born and raised in California.
A yoga practitioner for 25 years, Kiki is an accessible yoga ambassador, working to bring yoga to people in underserved communities, incarcerated, or infirm. Her focus is mindful movement, mantra, and sound healing.
As a professor, she teaches positive psychology interventions to help grad students make well-being modalities accessible to all. As a practitioner, she offers Jungian informed Tarot readings to help people access their inner wisdom.

Courtney Satow
Yoga Instructor
Courtney currently lives in Torrance and was born and raised in Redondo Beach (born at Little Company of Mary Hospital where she now attend most of her client’s birth’s as a doula).
As a former collegiate soccer player, she has always been passionate about movement and health. Following college Courtney pursued her Integratove Nutrition Health Coach certification in 2010, a yoga certification, and then a pre/postnatal yoga certification.
It was then that Courtney realized she wanted to work primarily in the perinatal space and specialize working with pregnant women. She received her doula certification in 2016 and along with raising her two kids has been extremely active in the birth community since.

Nicole Foster

Nicole lives in Rancho Palos Verdes and was born and raised in the South Bay of LA.
Nicole grew up as an athlete, playing and coaching many different sports. Movement, mindset and community have always been values of hers, so becoming a trainer and personal development coach who curated mindful events came naturally.
It was along her journey from Maiden to Mother, that she was led into the world of working with women in their motherhood path. Nicole guides women physically, emotionally and spiritually towards their fullest, most intentional experience along their motherhood journey. She specializes in Prenatal/Postpartum Functional Movement and Yoga, co-created and teaches a childbirth education class and curates gatherings and circles to bring sacredness and ritual into Motherhood.

Natasha lives in Hermosa Beach and is originally from Florida and has lived in New York, Boston, Barcelona, and Paris.
Her wellness journey began during a transformative course at Harvard University on the Psychology of Self-Regulation while practicing traditional yoga. Following this experience, she studied Eastern philosophies alongside traditional education in various parts of the world.
She is a lover of breath, movement, laughter and research. Her teaching style is infused with compassion and a deep understanding of the body's innate ability to heal.

Courtney Cole

Courtney lives in Redondo Beach, moving from Nashville, where she studied music and toured for 12 years. She is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana.
She has practiced yoga for over ten years, since childhood feeling an intuitive pull towards its profound teachings and modalities. Her studies in music and quantum physics led to her deeper exploration of yoga over the course of two years in India. She received her 500-hour RYT certificate from Sattva Yoga Academy and completed her masters in the Himalayan Tradition in early 2024.
To Courtney, yoga means unity. It encompasses much more than physical postures or a workout. Yoga is the practice, state, and experience of unity consciousness.
