This transformative session will introduce the power of conscious connected breathing, which improves well-being by releasing old patterns that no longer serve us.
We will begin with a guided grounding meditation before moving into breathwork with a curated playlist.
After actively breathing for a period of time, we will conclude with a final meditation where we will integrate the experience of having cleared away old emotions or stuck energy from our sympathetic nervous system.
This session is not advised for individuals with a history of cardiovascular issues or seizure disorders.
