We are creating our reality in every moment – consciously or unconsciously. Without access to our dreams, imagination, and unique creative abilities, we cannot create a new reality for ourselves as individuals, or the collective.

Engage in an exploratory journey of the relationships between creativity, imagination, and the flow state. Expand your perception of how your creative abilities are affected by limiting beliefs and engage in your life with more presence, authenticity, and fulfillment.

What to expect:

• Understanding the relationship between creativity and the flow state

• Recognizing and inducing brain wave frequencies associated with the flow state

• Defining creativity and imagination according to psychology and integrative practices

• Exploring blocks to imagination and creative process

• Shifting into higher states of awareness and conscious creation
