Sound Bath: Guided Journey.
Journey inward to the depths of your being and reconnect to the wisdom residing within you. Through a variety of shamanic techniques and live acoustic sounds, you will be guided to explore different aspects of your consciousness.
At times this session will bring the unconscious themes of your human experience into your conscious awareness in order to heal, evolve, and expand. At other times, you will simply relax your nervous system and allow the vibrations of the singing bowls to take you into a journey of your inner world.

Explore the basics of awareness meditation, a gentle and effective way to connect with yourself and others. Through this practice, our presence becomes more mindful and we cultivate our inner observer, also known as the Soul Self. The inner observer simply acknowledges oneself and one’s reactions with non-judgmental awareness and compassion. The intent of this practice is not to become a detached witness, but to live life on more than one plane of consciousness. To simultaneously become both the observer and the experiencer.
This session blends guided meditation, body-based techniques and prompts to elicit open awareness of our innermost selves – laying the foundation for living a life of greater authenticity and connection.

This all-levels movement practice integrates Hatha yoga and Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) to boost your life force energy, leaving you feeling clear, grounded, and energized.
EFT, also known as tapping, integrates acupressure and psychology. By tapping on specific acupressure points on the body while focusing on emotional or physical issues, EFT helps release negative emotions and reduce stress, promoting overall well-being and balance.

Clear and balance the subtle body – a key part of yoga philosophy. Our energy system is primarily composed of energy centers inside (chakras) and bands of energy outside (aura) of the physical body. When the energy system is clear and balanced, the body heals and harmonizes all aspects of our being – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
In this integrative session, we focus on each aspect of the subtle body: gentle movement (physical body), breathwork (etheric body), music (emotional body), and visualization (mental body), and deep meditation (spiritual body).

Courtney and Nicole co-teach this class and bring different wisdom and knowledge every time. Both have been in the birth world for the better part of a decade and are passionate about building a community of mothers who can be each other’s village.
