This 2-day deep dive explores the power of Reiki – an ancient Tibetan healing art that balances one’s electrical and energetic systems, including the chakras (body’s energy centers).
Reiki means "Universal Life Force Energy”. This modality heals the body, mind, and spirit and feels like a glowing radiance throughout the body. Reiki benefits include calming of the nervous system, relief from physical pain, stress, heart healing, and many more.
This 2-day Usui-based comprehensive training explores the power of Reiki and through the attunements, giving you the ability to channel Reiki to yourself and others. It cleanses, opens, and expands your energetic system.
Both Levels are hands-on and interactive style trainings. Each day we will focus approximately half of the session on the knowledge portion, and the other half dedicated to practical application and practice. Gwen believes that the practice makes the Master.
REIKI 1 TRAINING + CERTIFICATION
Reiki One Certification Training focuses on the basics of self-healing, the history of Reiki, the chakra system, and learning to work with energy - your own and the energy of others. In this training, you will receive the Reiki One Attunement, giving you the ability to channel Reiki as a “Reiki One” level healer.

Receive a Reiki Session “Checklist” to refer to when you first share Reiki

REIKI 2 TRANING + CERTIFICATION
Reiki Two Certification Training brings you to a deeper level of understanding of Reiki. It focuses on healing others, and you will expand your capacity for healing in this level. We will also touch on the business of Reiki and how to hold space among many other things. In this training, you will receive the Reiki Two Attunement, giving you an amplified ability to channel Reiki and give “distance healing”, and officially be a “Reiki Two” level healer.
