Shamanic journeying is an ancient spiritual practice used for over 100,000 years to explore the unseen realms. Through journeys to our inner worlds or aspects of our being, we receive insight, guidance and healing.
Journeys to the lower, middle, and upper worlds are traditionally guided by voice and accompanied by shamanic-style drumming. This session will include the live sounds of gongs and other percussion instruments.
